Individual 9 is a man who appeared in a photo with Little Soldier. He also appears in photos with one of the boys (individual 7) who was in the photo of four boys labeled as “Weber Utes.” And he appears with individual 10.
His name may have been “Sicuse” or similar; two photos of him were labeled as such.
These photos date between the late 1860s-early 1870s and were taken in Salt Lake City.
The glass plate images come from the C.W. Carter glass plate negative collection, the others from various auction and collector sites, or the LDS Church History Library.
