Joseph Wadsworth and family move from Mountain Green to Morgan, to be near other settlers, in the midst of increased hostility from Indians

Copied from Francom & Cottle Family History, 1794-1991. Pg 132.

March 4, 1858, I [Joseph Warren Wadsworth] married Lydia Stoddard [in polygamy] at Hooper, Utah. In the spring of 1860, we moved to Morgan, as the Indians were getting more hostile and we were advised to go where there were more settlers. Abigail said it was a very common occurrence to see a great black ugly faced Indian peeking in a window.
