You are hereby authorized and commanded to take into your custody, Queep, Soe-Got-Up, and Suop, Indians, who are charged with larceny, and keep them safely in your care, subject to the direction of the Probate Court.

Burglary

To the Sheriff of Weber County or any of his deputies, Greeting,

You are hereby authorized to subpoena Benjamin Hawkins, Nathaniel Levitt, and J.M. Clark, and Moses Clark, forthwith, to appear before the Probate Court of Weber Co, in the City Hall, Ogden City, to testify in a case wherein the people are plaintiffs and Queep, Soe-Got-up and Suop, Indians, are defendants, in case of Burglary.

Given under my hand this 11th day of June, A.D., 1860,

Burglary

[To Alex McRae?] warden of the Penitentiary, of the Territory of Utah, Greeting:

[Whereupon?] Queep, Soe-Got-Up, and Suop, Indians, [were on?] [the 10th instant ?] [????] and convicted before the Probate Court of Weber County of the charge of Burglary and sentenced to imprisonment in the Penitentiary for the term of six months.

These are therefor to command you to receive the said insert the names [sic] Indians into said Penitentiary, and [?????] keep them the sentence of the [?????]

I wish to inform you that the [???] you sent with the Indians is [within??] [????] and I would not feel [???] [in retaining them?] [?????] and according to an approved [?] which you will have the goodness [to copy and forward?] [????]

To the Sheriff of Weber County or his deputies, Greeting:

Whereas, Queep, Soe-Got-Up, and Suop, three Indians, have been duly convicted of burglary, before the Probate Court of Weber County, Hon A. F. Farr, Judge, and sentenced to six months imprisonment in the penitentiary of the Territory of Utah.

These are therefore to authorize and command you to take the bodies of the aforesaid Indians and deliver them over, without unnecessary delay, to the warden of the aforesaid penitentiary.

Hereof, fail not and make due returns of this writ.
