I. Capt Loren Farr will proceed forthwith to organize the able-bodied male inhabitants of the Weber precinct into a military corps who will constitute the Garrison of Weber County.

II.  The company on its completion will elect their officers viz: Captain one first Lieutenant, two second Lieutenants, four Sergeants, and four Corporals, and immediately on its organization the Captain will make a full and proper return of the company with a  report of the amount, quality, and state of arms, ammunition, horses, and equipage, public stores, &c, on hand and otherwise be governed in accordance with the General Orders herewith published.
